In February, 1,500 randomly selected citizens receive mail from the city administration. This contains a questionnaire aimed at gaining a better understanding of the transport needs and mobility habits of Rodgau residents. The city of Rodgau is asking for active participation and for the questionnaire to be completed as fully as possible. Only with a sufficiently large participation can the data be extrapolated to the population as a whole and thus important insights into mobility behaviour be gained. These findings should help to better take into account the transport needs of citizens when developing transport services. Participation in the survey is voluntary and anonymous. Citizens can choose to take part either in writing by post or online. The questionnaires ask questions about traffic behaviour and the acceptance of measures. Opinions on the subject of car traffic are also asked. The following applies to all topics: What do people like or where is there room for improvement? The survey is carried out and analysed by the Sweco traffic planning team. Once the returned questionnaires have been analysed, the results of the survey are expected to be available in the spring. Only the randomly selected 1,500 people are authorised to participate in order to ensure representativeness. Participation is possible up to and including 19 February. Ten Rodgaucards with credit will be raffled off among all entries. If you have any questions, please contact the Sweco planning office at team-verkehrsplanung@sweco-gmbh.de.
