Online services

Many of the city's services are already available online. We are constantly working on creating further online services. For some of the online services, it is necessary to come by on site (Hintergasse 15, Jügesheim) - details directly in each process.

Bund ID

You can conveniently log in to many online services with the federal ID and the activated online ID function plus the ID 2 app without having to enter your data again and again.

Maintenance work will be carried out on the BundID production environment on Wednesday, 3 June, between 8 am and 12 noon. BundID will be unavailable during this time. The provision of notifications and messages to the BundID mailbox and the transmission of application statuses to the BundID will not be functional.

Online function of the ID card

Information on activating the online function of your ID card or reissuing the online PIN can be found at www.pin-ruecksetzbrief-bestellen.de including an explanatory video. Or you can make an appointment at the Citizen Service Centre under ID cards > Reset PIN number/activate online ID card function for ID cards.
