This year, the town of Rodgau is once again promoting the use of renewable energies in the form of grants for the installation of balcony solar systems. It is an incentive for Rodgau's citizens to contribute to the energy transition and climate protection by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and to ease the burden on their own wallets. Last year, 429 of the 501 funding applications received were subsidised. The town of Rodgau would like to build on this and encourage its citizens to take advantage of the subsidy programme again this year. The funding guideline has been adapted to include the legal simplifications provided for by the legislator. Interested parties are requested to submit their application in full with proof of purchase and installation. The application deadline is 31 December of the respective funding year. The online application procedure is available for this purpose on the homepage of the city of Rodgau at www.rodgau.de.
