The newly released image film is not only a successful portrayal of a lively and varied Rodgau, but also an important advertising tool to familiarise citizens with the rodgaucard. The rodgaucard stands for more than just a city card. It symbolises belonging and the feeling of being part of the city. With the slogan "One card. One home." the rodgaucard conveys a sense of home and strengthens local cohesion. The rodgaucard is therefore an important project that strengthens the local economy and supports citizens at the same time. In order to create the appropriate "locality", none other than Henni Nachtsheim could be won as a background speaker. He is known as the former singer and saxophonist of the German rock band Rodgau Monotones or, together with Gerd Knebel, as the comedy duo Badesalz. The rodgaucard image film and two additional explanatory videos can now be viewed on the City of Rodgau's YouTube channel and on the website www.rodgaucard.de. In March of this year, the city of Rodgau called on citizens to apply to be extras for the image film. This call was very well received and many committed people expressed their interest in being part of this special project. In the end, a total of 19 participants were able to secure a role. They made an important contribution to the production of the main film and the two explanatory videos.
