Jutta Schroth-Resch has been an integral part of Rodgau's municipal administration for four decades. Last week, she celebrated 40 years of service. Jutta Schroth-Resch began her professional career in 1984 with an apprenticeship as an administrative assistant. Since then, she has worked in numerous areas, demonstrating her versatility and commitment. After working in the housing benefit office and the social welfare department, Jutta Schroth-Resch played a key role in developing projects to support young people and the long-term unemployed. In 2011, she took over the management of the adult education centre in Rodgau, where she implemented numerous innovative educational programmes. Since 2018, she has been working as Women's and Equal Opportunities Officer and is committed to the interests of female employees in the city administration. "Jutta Schroth-Resch is a highly valued colleague who is characterised by her professional expertise, commitment and social skills," emphasises Stefan Jaud, Head of Social Affairs and Education. "She is a personality who has significantly shaped the city administration of Rodgau." Over the past 40 years, Jutta Schroth-Resch has contributed to improving the quality of life in Rodgau with her commitment.
