Take part in the ADFC cycling climate test and vote for Rodgau

How bike-friendly is Rodgau? Citizens can now answer this question as part of the 11th edition of the ADFC Cycling Climate Test 2024. The German Cyclists' Federation (ADFC) uses 27 questions to assess the cycle-friendliness of municipalities throughout Germany at www.fahrradklima-test.de. Cyclists are invited to take part in the online survey and rate, for example, the feeling of safety, the width of cycle paths and the accessibility of destinations by bike. The focus is on cooperation in traffic. In the last test in 2022, the town of Rodgau achieved an average score of 3.66, placing it 80th out of 447 across Germany in the town size category of 20,000 to 50,000 inhabitants. In the state of Hesse, Rodgau was ranked 8th out of 42 in the town size category. In a district-wide comparison, things looked even better: Dreieich (3.70), Neu-Isenburg (3.78), Dietzenbach (3.82), Rödermark (3.85), Egelsbach (3.87), Langen (3.89), Seligenstadt (3.90), Heusenstamm (3.91), Mühlheim (3.97), Obertshausen (4.16). The questionnaire can be completed online at www.fahrradklima-test.de. The 27 questions are to be answered with school grades. The survey will run until 30 November. It only takes around ten minutes to answer the questions.
