The vhs course Ro 03.03.08 is aimed at people who want to stay active into old age. The course starts on 8 May and takes place over 3 Thursdays from 4 to 5 pm in the family centre. Alter Weg 63F, family centre. Participants learn targeted exercises to strengthen their muscles in order to maintain their mobility. The exercises also promote coordination, reaction and balance - and the whole thing is fun and enjoyable. Participation in the course costs 16 euros.
