The vhs course Ro 010613 is aimed at women over 50 who are in a phase of life in which professional, social and personal priorities often change. The course takes place from 1 September on 4 Mondays from 6 to 9 pm at the Georg Büchner School, Nordring 32. The focus will be on topics such as personal development, health, new life goals and dealing with changes at work and in the family. The workshop offers space for reflection, exchange and the development of strategies for actively and consciously shaping life in this phase, accepting the challenges of this phase of life and recognising the associated opportunities.
