Culinary delights await participants in the vhs course Ro 03.05.01. From hearty rural cuisine to sophisticated dishes from the restaurant, with long-forgotten dishes from grandma's cookery book and delicacies that are still served on the table today. How about a colourful vegetable soup "Quer durch de Gadde", hearty apple wine goulash or jacket potatoes with "Frankfurter Grie Soß"? Ribs with apple sauerkraut and pumpkin and potato mash, "Himmel un Erd" and baked cauliflower with all kinds of turnip vegetables also taste wonderful! For dessert, there'll be cherry cherry michel and "Versoffene Jungfern" with a sparkling cider cocktail. Please bring a towel and apron, several tea towels, various tightly sealable containers for leftovers and a drink. The cost of the food is included in the course fee of 38 euros. The course will take place from 3 September from 6 - 9:45 pm in the kitchen of the Georg Büchner School, Nordring 32.
