The main services include Crisis intervention in the event of termination and eviction proceedings to prevent the loss of housing; help with financial difficulties, such as rent debts or after losing a job; support in finding suitable housing, both in the social and private housing market; advice for landlords who need support with rent arrears, for example. Although applications for social housing or housing entitlement certificates can be made, the supply of social housing in Rodgau is limited. The city therefore encourages those affected to look for housing on their own. The housing assistance programme offers increased support in the search for housing on the private market.
