In the vhs course Ro 030520, starting on Wednesday, 12 March, participants will receive valuable tips for tasty and healthy meals that the whole family will love. The course runs for 4 weeks and takes place from 4.30 to 6 pm at the family centre, Alter Weg 63F. The focus is on a balanced supply of nutrients and long-term health promotion, without neglecting individual taste preferences. Participation in the course costs 26 euros. Any food costs incurred are to be paid to the lecturer during the course (max. €2 per person). Children of primary school age and above are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian and receive a 25% discount on the course fee.
