The Rodgau public library invites all friends of literature and music to a special evening. On Friday, 7 February at 7.30 pm, a reading with live music will take place in the Nieder-Roden library under the motto: "The search for happiness". The Rodgau (hobby) author Markus Zang will read short stories from his book series "Wuscheltiere" as well as texts from his guidebook "Nicht schon wieder - Über den Umgang mit Gefühlen". Markus Zang was born in Nieder-Roden in 1963 and has published a total of 8 books since 2010, including 3 novels, several volumes of short stories and 2 guidebooks. Markus Zang is not only creative as an author, but also as a musician; he has released several CDs under the name "Marsecco". Between the reading passages there will be musical entertainment with guitar (Markus Zang) and vocals (Antje Gotzmann and Markus Zang). Afterwards there will be an opportunity to sign books and socialise. Various drinks and savoury snacks will be available.
