When distributing the waste guide to all Rodgau households, there were problems with delivery in some areas. In some households, waste calendars with dates from other districts were distributed, while other households were not delivered at all. Stadtwerke Rodgau is currently clarifying the cause with the new distribution service provider for the waste guide. For all those who have not yet received a waste guide or the wrong waste calendar, there are various options. The waste guide, waste calendar and authorisation form for the recycling centre and composting facility can be collected from the following locations during normal opening hours: Stadtwerke customer service at Philipp-Reis-Straße 7, Bürgerservice at Hintergasse 15 or the recycling centre at Philipp-Reis-Straße 19. In principle, all information is also available online. The individual collection dates can also be sent by e-mail if interested parties have previously registered at https://rodgau.mein-abfallkalender.online/. And last but not least, the Rodau app allows waste information to be sent by push message the day before after the address has been entered if the app has been downloaded to the smartphone beforehand. The authorisation slips for the recycling centre and composting facility can also be handed out on site on presentation of an ID with a Rodau address.
