The vhs course 251030403 on "Menopause, hormones & co." will take place on Saturday, 1 February, from 10:00 to 13:20 at the Social Centre, Puiseauxplat 3.
Hot flushes, sleep disorders, exhaustion, migraines and weight gain are common symptoms that women have to deal with during the menopause. In the workshop, the speaker and participants will discuss changes in the hormonal cycle. In addition, the effects of individual hormones will be discussed using examples as well as the influence of other organs on hormone production and possible disruptive factors. Writing materials are required and participation in the course costs 21 euros.
