After three strenuous, but also very interesting and varied years, three trainees in the profession of administrative assistant have now passed their final exams. During their training, Kaan Karakelle, Diya Shahzad and Lea Voigt worked in and familiarised themselves with almost all of the more than 20 departments of the City of Rodgau. At the beginning of their training period, they didn't realise that there were so many different departments and areas of responsibility at the City of Rodgau. In addition to the practical training in the individual departments, they also attended theoretical lessons at the vocational school and the administrative college association in Frankfurt, supplemented by topic-related company lessons. And the perseverance of the three was worth it: they completed their training with an overall grade of "good" and were taken on in the administration of the city of Rodgau, even in their respective desired areas. Kaan Karakelle is now strengthening the finance department, Diya Shahzad manages the city's stand at job and training fairs and is responsible for the proper application process at the city. Lea Voigt also found the HR department fascinating and is now strengthening the HR team in the area of salary payments. Mayor Breitenbach congratulated the three on their great graduation and is pleased that all three will remain with the city of Rodgau. This is another example of the very good training in the administrative area of the city of Rodgau. After all, skilled labour is also urgently needed in the administrative sector. The application process for the "administrative assistant" apprenticeships starting in summer 2026 has already begun. Applications can now be submitted via the City of Rodgau's application portal. The city of Rodgau is already looking forward to receiving many applications.
