The public participation on the development plan "Naherholungskonzept Badesee" will take place on Wednesday, 28 May at 7 pm in the city council meeting room in the town hall, Hintergasse 15. What does that mean? A development plan is to be drawn up for an area to the east of the Rodgausee lake. The aim is to create the legal planning requirements for a concept for local recreation and leisure facilities for young people. In addition, the existing biotopes in the area are to be protected in the long term under planning law. Development plans regulate what can be built in defined areas of the city. The plan goes through various stages before the city council decides on a development plan. One of these is public participation. This is the time when Rodgau residents can not only inform themselves, but also contribute their wishes and suggestions. This is exactly what will take place on 28 May in the town hall. Children and young people can of course also take part in this process. This should be particularly interesting in this case, as the area to be planned is aimed at this age group. Anyone who does not have the opportunity to come to the town hall on 28 May can obtain information and make a contribution from 19 May up to and including 8 June during the opening hours of the town planning department at the town hall. Comments can also be submitted via the website "he.bauleitplanung-online.de". Comments received will then be analysed and discussed in non-public and public meetings.
