The vhs course RO 030125 on Saturday, 29 November, is dedicated entirely to the heart chakra. It will take place from 15:00 to 18:00 in the YOGARAUM, Gartenstraße 48. The heart chakra is located in the middle of the chest and is the energetic centre that allows people to be compassionate, touchable and loving. Through gentle yoga exercises and a moving meditation, participants learn to activate and harmonise the heart chakra. Please bring an exercise mat and warm socks.
