Lantern processions in Rodgau

Various lantern parades make the evenings in Rodgau a little brighter.

Monday, 3 November

It all starts on Monday, 3 November: Kita 10 will be out and about in Jügesheim from 5 to 6 pm.

Tuesday, 4 November & Wednesday, 5 November

On Tuesday, 4 November, and Wednesday, 5 November, the Kita 10 train will also be running its route from 5 to 6 pm.

Thursday, 6 November

On Thursday, 6 November, Kita 9 will run from 5 to 5:45 pm in Nieder-Roden.

Friday, 7 November

Kita 2 from Dudenhofen is on Friday, 7 November, from 5 to 8 pm.

Monday, 10 November

After the weekend, on Monday, 10 November, several day-care centres walk through the streets with lanterns:

  • In Rollwald , daycare centre 6 runs from 17:15 - 18:15.
  • In Nieder-Roden, daycare centre 5 runs from 17:30 to 18:15.
  • In Dudenhofen , daycare centres 1 and 14 run from 5pm to 7pm. Daycare centre 3 runs from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Daycare centre 12 runs from 5:30 to 8 pm.
  • In Jügesheim , daycare centre 19 runs from 17:30 - 18:30.
  • In Hainhausen , Kita 7 is on the road from 6 to 7 pm.
  • In Weiskirchen , daycare centre 4 runs from 5 to 7 pm.

Tuesday, 11 November

On Tuesday, 11 November, lantern-walking children can also cross the paths.

  • In Weiskirchen , the Sonnenau daycare centre is on the road from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
  • Kita 15 from Hainhausen runs from 17:15 to 19:00.
  • Kita 11 in Jügesheim runs from 16:30 to 18:00.
  • The Catholic parish of St Matthias in Nieder-Roden is out and about from 17:15 to 18:15.

Wednesday, 12 November

  • On Wednesday, 12 November, the Drachenhorst daycare centre in Hainhausen will be open from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
  • The little rascals from Dudenhofen run from 5 to 6 pm.
  • On the same day, the Birkenhain daycare centre will be out and about in Nieder-Roden from 5 to 6 pm.

Friday, 14 November

On Friday, 14 November, the Catholic Young Community will be running from 5:30 to 7 pm in Dudenhofen.

Sunday, 16 November

On Sunday, 16 November, the Catholic Youth will be running in Jügesheim.

General

All trains will move on the pavement or the right-hand side of the carriageway and will be secured by stewards. Drivers are asked to be particularly attentive and to avoid the train routes during the specified times if possible.
