Head of Cultural Affairs Winno Sahm will give a guided tour of the current exhibition "Wirbelsturm im Wohnzimmer" (Whirlwind in the Living Room) at the Rodgau Gallery, Nieuwpoorter Straße 90, on Wednesday, 8 October at 6 p.m. "Wirbelsturm im Wohnzimmer" is a wild dialogue between the uncompromising pictorial worlds of Anja Flügel (Lohr a. Main) and the Spessart Pop wooden sculptures by Hagga Bühler (Ffm, Hafenlohr). Anja Flügel asserts herself as a rock in the surf of the confusion of the zeitgeist. Her dark and shrill series "Abysses and Glimpses of Light" questions old dogmas. Hagga Bühler makes the old lady of wood sculpture compatible with urban pop art and punk with the "Queens of the illusory era". His working motto is: "Trivially pretend and intellectually strike." Admission to the guided tour is free.
