As already announced at the launch of the new website, a chatbot will be taking up its duties there in a few weeks' time. A chatbot is a virtual assistant that uses artificial intelligence to interact with users in natural language and simulate human-like conversations. In future, a small icon will appear on the page, which can be clicked to open a separate area where questions can be asked and answers given. The city is now calling on its citizens to decide on a name and the appearance of the chatbot. From 10 to 24 September inclusive, all interested parties will have the opportunity to vote on the name and appearance of the new digital helper on the city of Rodgau's participation platform. There are 5 variants to choose from, which can be viewed online. Taking part is very easy. Go to rodgau.govocal.com, view the suggestions and vote for your favourite variant. To avoid abuse, the vote must be confirmed by e-mail address. Each e-mail address can only vote once.
