The vhs course 252010608 on Monday, 29 September, focuses on the conscious use of smartphones and the like. The information evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. invites participants to reflect on their own use of mobile phones, experience an exchange of ideas and gain inspiration for mindful use of digital media in everyday life. In an open, interactive format, participants will address questions about how much time they really want to spend online, what digital overstimulation feels like and how they can bring more presence into their own lives.
