The city of Rodgau invites all interested citizens to an information event on Thursday, 12 February, on the election of the Foreigners' Advisory Council . The event begins at 6.00 pm in the town council chamber of the town hall, Hintergasse 15. Admission is free, registration is not required. The background to the event is the upcoming election of the Foreigners' Advisory Council on 15 March. The aim of the evening is to provide comprehensive information about the election and answer questions about participation. Topics covered include who is eligible to vote, how the election is organised and what to look out for when voting. The information event is aimed in particular at Rodgau residents with an international history who are interested in political participation or would like to get actively involved. The municipal electoral administration and representatives of the Foreigners' Advisory Council will be available to answer questions and discuss issues in person. With this event, the city of Rodgau would like to encourage political participation and draw attention to the importance of the Foreigners' Advisory Council as a representative of the interests of the foreign population.
