Children's theatre: Pettersson and Findus

Pettersson and Findus will be guests on the stage of the Bürgerhaus Nieder-Roden on Saturday, 7 March at 4 pm. The play is suitable for children aged 4 and over. The theatre café, run by the Mütterzentrum, will be open from 3 pm. The quirky Pettersson lives alone on his old farm and tinkers with inventions that mostly don't work. One day, when a small cat with big eyes looks at him from a green box, Pettersson can't help himself and takes it in, even though he supposedly likes to be alone. Like all kittens, Findus is quite wild and often cheeky, but Pettersson simply can't be angry with him. The two of them enjoy life. Findus makes friends with all the other animals on the farm and Pettersson is quite happy not to be so alone any more. But when Caruso, a singing cockerel, comes to the farm, nothing is as it used to be. All the chickens only have eyes for the cocky rooster. Findus the cat no longer understands the world. After all, he used to be the cock of the walk. And anyway, why do these stupid hens suddenly need a cockerel? And then there's this crowing - a plan is needed. Tickets are available in advance for 10 euros from the Department of Culture, Sport and Volunteering at the Alte Apotheke, Schwesternstraße 10, as well as online at www.frankfurtticket.de.
