The vhs course Ro 05.01.06 is aimed at anyone who would like to familiarise themselves with digital services in the healthcare sector and use them safely - whether for themselves or as support for relatives. It starts on Tuesday 3 March and lasts 4 weeks. The course takes place from 12:30 to 14:45 in the Youth Centre, Freiherr-vom-Stein-Strasse 8. The course room is not barrier-free. Participants will learn how to use the apps and internet services of their health insurance company and Doctolib. They will learn how to log in securely, upload and retrieve documents and arrange doctor's appointments. The use of the electronic patient file (ePA) is also on the programme. There will also be tips on how to protect your own health data and how to make optimum use of online applications on your smartphone, tablet or PC. You are welcome to bring your own devices such as a laptop, smartphone or tablet and any existing access data. The course fees can be found on the homepage or in the vhs programme booklet.
