For the past two weeks, the rodgaucard team from the Agency for Economic Development and City Marketing has been offering the rodgaucard consultation hour at the Citizens' Service Centre. The offer has met with great interest from citizens and has been well received. Numerous citizens have already taken advantage of the opportunity and visited the consultation hours on site. Many issues relating to the rodgaucard have been clarified directly - from questions about registration to individual questions and general information about using the card. The rodgaucard consultation hour takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 to 12:00. Advice is given without prior appointment. Due to the high demand, waiting times on site are to be expected and should be planned accordingly. There will be no consultation hours on Shrove Tuesday, 17 February. The rodgaucard team is delighted with the positive response and will be available until the end of February as a personal point of contact for all questions relating to the rodgaucard.
