Discover and enjoy wild herbs in the vhs course Ro 01.10.10 on Saturday, 28 March. In this enjoyable workshop, participants will learn a lot about local wild herbs. Together, they will replace the classic Frankfurt green sauce with an aromatic version made from freshly collected wild herbs and prepare a delicious "Wild Green Sauce". It is accompanied by potatoes and hard-boiled eggs, which are tasted together. Participants will also make their own little herb extras such as herb butter and herb salt. A workshop for anyone who wants to recognise wild plants, use them in a variety of ways and discover new flavour experiences. The course takes place from 14:00 to 16:30 in the Christian-Zang-Haus, Schillerstraße 27b. Please bring weatherproof clothing, a knife or pair of scissors and a collecting jar. Material costs of 10 euros are to be paid directly to the instructor. Dogs are not allowed on the course. The fees for the course can be found on the vhs homepage or in the programme booklet.
