- Women who are threatened or affected by physical, psychological and/or sexualised violence can find protection and support at the women's shelter. Here they can find peace and quiet without threat or fear, reorient themselves and make decisions about their future lives.
- Admission to the women's refuge is possible at any time. After making contact by telephone, which can also be made via the police station, other authorities or counselling centres, women are admitted to the women's shelter around the clock and provided with food, clothing and hygiene articles.
- The women's refuge is open to all women aged 18 and over and their children, regardless of their origin, religious denomination or social status. Each resident has a counsellor responsible for her, with whom she can talk about her experience of violence in regular meetings and develop a new perspective on life. If necessary, the counsellor accompanies them to appointments with the authorities, the court or a lawyer and supports them in submitting applications and finding new accommodation.
- The counselling takes place under confidentiality and is subject to the principle of impartiality.

The tearoom is a low-threshold service for people in special circumstances with social difficulties (SGB XII § 67 ff):

The day centre is primarily a contact point for people without their own home, but does not exclude any groups of people (open offer). Smoking and alcohol are prohibited.

Homeless men can stay overnight six times a month in the short overnight stay and receive their daily rate during this time.
