The Gartenstadtschule in Rodgau-Nieder-Roden is an open all-day school that has been providing a comprehensive educational programme for primary school children since August 2003. The varied afternoon programme includes extra-curricular activities such as choir, circus, art, reading club, listening club, football, PC courses and Wing Tsun. The school attaches great importance to health and addiction prevention, supported by programmes such as "Klasse 2000" and "Faustlos". Another highlight is the school library, which is supervised by parents and introduces children to the joy of reading.
