Bulky waste can be registered via our online application. After submitting your application, you will receive an automatic reply email. You can apply for the collection of bulky waste on call 4 times a year with 5 m³ per application and date.
How do I register bulky waste?
Bulky waste can be easily registered using our online form.

What needs to be considered when submitting an application?
- Maximum 5 m³ of bulky waste per application and collection date
- Maximum 3 large electrical appliances (large household appliances, refrigerators, monitors) per application and collection date
Objects
- up to a maximum of 50 kg
- should be larger than 40 cm in at least one dimension (height, length, width), please dispose of smaller items in the residual waste bin
- must not be larger than 200 cm in any dimension (height, length, width), otherwise they are too long for the bulky waste lorry and cannot be compacted
What belongs in bulky waste?
Bulky waste only includes items in normal household quantities which, due to their size, weight or material composition, cannot be placed in the residual waste bin or household waste bags even after reasonable shredding and do not require special disposal.

- Demolition material
- Used tyres
- Car parts
- Construction site waste
- Building rubble
- Small electrical and electronic appliances
- Recyclable materials (waste paper, polystyrene, glass)
- Bulky waste from complete house clearances
- Windows
- Doors
- Roller shutters
- Filled cardboard boxes or bags (e.g. with wallpaper, household waste)
- Wood treated with wood preservatives and used outdoors.
When should I put my bulky waste out for collection?
Registered bulky waste must be placed on the pavement for collection no earlier than 7 p.m. on the day before and no later than 6 a.m.on the collection date.
Where should I place the bulky waste?
Place bulky waste on a public pavement or public area without obstructing traffic on the pavement or road.
Bulky waste placed on private property cannot be taken away.
What do I have to do after the removal?
After removal of the bulky waste items, the storage location must be cleaned by the applicant in the event of contamination.
