What needs to be done?

When buying and selling a property or a parking space, we need the following information from you:

Copy of the purchase contract

• Pages with buyer and seller
• Property data
• Hallway
• Parcel

• with current addresses
• all water meter readings including reading date
• 
  

Extract from the purchase contract with information on

• Buyer and seller
• Property data
• Corridor, parcel and size of the individual parcels

Also required:

• Current addresses of both contracting parties
• Date of transfer of ownership
• Meter reading of the main water meter and garden/special water meter, if applicable (if sealed by the municipal utilities)
• Reading date
•
