The course 261030122 starts on 2 February and offers an effective and practical programme with various mindfulness exercises. It provides information on the topics of stress, relaxation and mindfulness as well as valuable tips and support for utilising inner resources, dealing with difficulties and individual stress experiences. The course can help to consciously perceive and change ingrained, automated behaviour patterns. Please bring a yoga mat: Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, blanket and a cushion to sit on if necessary.
