The vhs course Ro 262030503 is taking part in a Bavarian culinary experience on Tuesday, 20 October, from 6.00 pm to 9.45 pm in the kitchen of the Georg-Büchner-Schule, Nordring 32. Together, participants will prepare, amongst other things, traditional Bavarian mushroom soup, a spicy Presskopf salad, chestnut and cabbage rolls to accompany a pretzel Gugelhupf, a potato and pear gratin with Bavaria-Blu spinach, and fresh poppy seed cake to accompany a Wolpertinger cocktail. Please bring a towel and an apron, several tea towels, various airtight containers for leftovers, and a drink. The cost of the food is included in the course fee.
