From the age of 20 onwards, it becomes more difficult to remember facts. In vhs course 262010601, participants take part in a varied and effective programme designed to improve key brain functions such as concentration, memory and creativity. A wide range of exercises are used to train the memory in an enjoyable way. The course takes place on six Fridays from 6 November, from 10.00 am to 11.30 am, at the Nieder-Roden Social Centre, Puiseauxplatz 3. The course is aimed at interested adults of all ages.
