Once the new website has been launched, you can enter events on it yourself as an authorised user.

Options for transferring existing appointments from old to new page
1. have you already entered the event of your association, organisation or institution in the previous event calendar?
In this case, there are now two options: Your event will take place...
- from 28 August to 30 September?
In this case, we have transferred your event to the new website.
Please note: You cannot change or delete these events yourself! If you would like to change or delete the event, please contact us by email at kommunikation@rodgau.de.
You can now create new events for this period yourself!
- will take place from 1 October?
In this case, you must re-enter the event as an authorised user on the new website.

How do I enter an event on the new website?
1. click on "Menu" on the start page
2. click on the "News" field in the navigation bar
3. click on the "Events" field in the navigation bar
4. click on the "Enter events" field in the navigation bar
5. fill in the fields "Event name" and "Description" on the "Enter events" page under the heading "Event". Add an image using the "Select file" button. Optionally, you can enter a website for the event.
6. specify the "Start date" and "Start time" as well as the "End date" and "End time" under the "Period" heading. As an alternative to a fixed end time, you can tick the "Open end" box.
7. click the "Recurring" checkbox for recurring appointments, select the frequency, the interval and the days of the week. Finally, set an end date for the recurring event. Alternatively, the total number of events taking place can be entered via "Number".
8. select one of the saved locations under the "Location" heading. If the location is not in the list, please send the desired location to kommunikation@rodgau.de. We will then enter the new location in the list.
9. select your association, organisation or institution under the heading "Organiser" and enter your registered email address for queries. Confirm the event by clicking on "Send".
10. if the event has been successfully entered, you should see this message.
Change and cancellation of newly entered dates
- If you have entered an event yourself, you will receive an e-mail confirming your appointment.
- If another authorised user from your association, organisation or institution has entered an event, you will also receive confirmation of the date. The e-mail address of the person making the entry is also displayed.
In both cases, you then have three options :
View appointment
You can view the registered event with all the information.
Change date
You can edit all the information in the registered event. To make the changes effective, enter your authorised e-mail access before clicking on "Send".
Delete appointment
You can delete the registered event. To make the deletion effective, enter your authorised e-mail access before clicking on "Send".
- After each change to an event, you and every other authorised user will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
