  • Liability and rights

    The organiser

    • is responsible for the legality and accuracy of the information provided
    • shall indemnify the City against claims by third parties.
    • assures all necessary rights of use for images/logos provided

    The city of Rodgau

    • assumes no liability for the topicality, completeness or availability of the information published on the calendar; further liability claims are - as far as legally permissible - excluded
    • is authorised to delete or temporarily block events from the event calendar
