  • Service description

    In the context of a wine tavern, the serving of self-produced wine or cider is possible for a maximum of 2 consecutive periods of 4 months per year.

  • Procedure

    You must notify the competent authority with the notification:

    • Surname and first name of the operator of the wine tavern with a summonable address,
    • Location and period of the wine tavern,
    • the place and location from which the grapes or apples used to make the wine originate, as well as the place where these fruits were pressed and the wine was matured.
       

  • Prerequisites

    • The ostrich restaurant must be notified in writing to the municipality at least 2 weeks before the start of operations.
    • In addition to home-produced wine or cider, at least one non-alcoholic drink must also be offered.

    Note:

    The obligation to notify does not exempt you from complying with other legal regulations, such as hygiene regulations and closing times.

  • What fees are incurred?

    There are no costs or fees.

  • What deadlines do I have to observe?

    You must notify the operation of a wine tavern at least 2 weeks before the start.
