As a tradesperson or freelancer, you can obtain an exemption authorisation for parking in individual cases. This can authorise you to park free of charge in restricted no-parking zones, residents' parking zones or parking management zones (parking spaces with parking meters or parking ticket machines), for example. The exemption permit is generally only valid for individual activities of your business or freelance work.
You do not have the right to be granted a special licence.
Procedure
You must submit an application for an exemption licence. How the application can be submitted varies from authority to authority.
The authority will then check your application and issue the exemption licence if necessary.
