Information from the register of residents - self-disclosure
Service description
Upon request, you will receive information about the personal data stored in the residents' register.
The information essentially comprises
- the personal data stored in the population register,
- the recipients of regular data transfers, and
- the purposes and legal bases
- storage and
- of regular data transmissions.
If the data transfer is carried out by means of an automated retrieval procedure or an automated simple information request, you can request information on both
- the types of data transmitted
as well as their recipients and the information specified in Art. 15 (1) (a) - (h) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

What fees are incurred?
In accordance with Art. 15 para. 3 EU GDPR, the controller, in this case the registration authority, shall provide a copy of the personal data that is the subject of the processing. For all further copies requested by the data subject, the data subject may request a reasonable fee based on the administrative costs.
What deadlines do I have to observe?
Data transfers via an automated retrieval procedure or the data of the automated simple registration register information are deleted after at least 12 months, at the latest at the end of the calendar year following the storage.

In exceptional cases regulated by law, information about stored data may be refused.
