    • Information on persons in accordance with § 25 Para. 2 ProstSchG (persons who are responsible in your business establishment for tasks relating to management and supervision, for tasks relating to compliance with house rules or house regulations, admission control and security, even if they are not in an employment relationship with you; for persons who take on deputy tasks, a deputy permit must be applied for in accordance with § 13 ProstSchG).
