Frank Fischer "GAGALAND"

The world is upside down. To understand it, you could try doing a handstand. Or you could sit up straight and face all the madness with humour. In his new programme, Frank Fischer takes you on a journey through a strange country, whose weird inhabitants he brings to life with precise observation and subtle humour. He meets sinister Franconians, cheeky Ruhr Valley women and comes very close to madness when listening to a Saxon radio advert.
He also explores the pressing questions of our time: Should we give artificial intelligence a chance if natural intelligence doesn't work? Why do we unintentionally make noises in old age? And why should we be sceptical when long-distance trains are suddenly on time? He effortlessly bridges the gap between major world politics and the absurdities of everyday life. Because whether presidents, celebrities or the shop assistant behind the sausage counter - they are all part of GAGALAND.
