Children's & Youth Parliament

General

The children's and youth parliament is elected every two years by the children and young people in Rodgau. It represents the interests of children and young people in the town of Rodgau. This includes maintaining and improving the connection and understanding between children and young people and the town of Rodgau.

Tasks and rights

The children's and youth parliament represents the interests of children and young people in the town of Rodgau.

Its tasks and rights include

  • Advising political organisations on all matters concerning children and young people
  • The opportunity to submit your own proposals to the city council in order to represent the interests of children and young people in city politics

The members of the children's and youth parliament meet every fortnight to

  • official meetings before and after
  • realise own projects

The official meetings usually take place four times a year in the meeting room of the City Council.
