Urban planning department

The Urban Planning department deals with the sustainable development and spatial structures of the town of Rodgau.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Urban development concepts
• Creation of traffic concepts and urban development designs through to the preparation of development plans
• Creation of design drafts for streets and squares as well as conceptualisation of signage for special paths and routes in and around Rodgau
• Publication office for own plans in accordance with the German Building Code and for other authorities and their planning procedures, e.g. planning approval procedures, amendment procedures for the regional plan/regional land use plan
• Transport planning
