    If you notice that the public street lighting has failed, you can report this to the local fault centre. Please state

    • the exact location (town/district, street, house number) and
    • the number of the street lighting (located on the mast).

    The fault centre is also the right point of contact for all other faults, such as damaged or stolen street lighting.
