How do I do this with the city of Rodgau?

When?

• Regarding a) In the event of death - at any time by PDF, usually at the undertaker's, or on site during the opening hours of the municipal utilities after making an appointment
• Regarding b) When purchasing a grave during your lifetime - enquiry/formless initial application by telephone, in writing or on site during the opening hours of Stadtwerke after an appointment has been made

Re b) Grave acquisition during lifetime

Due to the complexity of the administrative procedure and the need for an on-site appointment, a form with a declaration of assumption of costs is filled out by the cemetery administration together with the applicant, which is then left directly with the administration with a signature or returned after signing (by post or PDF scan)
