Registration register information in special cases - Issuance to landlords
Service description
As the owner of a flat, you can obtain information from the residents' register about the people living in your flat if you can credibly demonstrate a legal interest.
You have the same right as the landlord if the owner of the flat is not the landlord.
You will receive the surnames, first names and doctor's degree of the persons currently registered in your home.
Responsible office
The registration authority in whose area of responsibility the flat is located.

You must credibly demonstrate a legal interest.

What fees are incurred?
Fees may be incurred in accordance with Sections 421-424 of the Administrative Cost Schedule of the Hessian Ministry of the Interior and Sport (HMdIS), as amended.
What deadlines do I have to observe?
Storage and deletion periods must be observed where applicable.
