The municipal council of the City of Rodgau appoints an operating committee for Stadtwerke Rodgau in accordance with Section 6 of the Hessian Own Plant Act. This is the city of Rodgau's own company within the meaning of the Hessian Own Company Act.
In principle, the Operations Commission monitors the management of Stadtwerke Rodgau and prepares the resolutions of the municipal council required by the Hessian Own Plant Act.
The area of responsibility of the Rodgau operating commission is specified in Sections 7 and 8 of the Rodgau statutes . The Legal Affairs and Committees department supports the operating commission in the fulfilment of its duties as an office.
