The customer and billing service department of Stadtwerke Rodgau is the point of contact for water, wastewater, rainwater and waste charges in particular and prepares the billing statement (the Dieburg group waterworks is responsible for the water charges for the Nieder-Roden/Rollwald district).

The customer and billing service of Stadtwerke Rodgau also sells RMV tickets, RMV timetables and information material on behalf of RMV.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Preparation of water*, wastewater, rainwater and waste fee notices (*water fee billing except Nieder-Roden/Rollwald)
  • General advice and processing of applications (change of ownership, SEPA direct debit)
  • Waste: 1-3 person properties, bin applications, sale of residual waste and nappy sacks, issue of yellow sacks
  • Water (except Nieder-Roden/Rollwald): Standpipe hire
  • Wastewater/precipitation water: special water meter, self-declaration of sealed surfaces
  • Public transport/mobility: RMV ticket sales (direct sales with one-off payment without subscriptions/direct debit), advice and issue of RMV timetables and information material
