Occupational health and safety, data protection and compliance

Other information

Occupational health and safety is concerned with ensuring and improving the health and safety of employees through measures. The department also includes workplace health promotion and workplace integration management (BEM). All three of these pillars make up holistic occupational health management (OHM). OHM comprises measures and strategies designed to promote and maintain the health and well-being of employees.

Data protection refers to the protection of personal data from misuse, unauthorised access or publication. It includes measures relating to personal data (such as name, address, date of birth, etc.). The aim of data protection is to protect people's privacy and to regulate the handling of personal data within the legal framework.

Compliance refers to adherence to legal, regulatory and internal requirements as well as ethical standards within the city of Rodgau.
